Convert to one piece rear main to swap in a 6 speed?

Hey guys I have a line on a bell housing, clutch, flywheel, pressure plate, and clutch fork out of a '90 corvette. The guy wants 500 bucks for it. Says the parts are good/like new.

My question deals with the rear main seal. The vette motor had a 1 piece rear main and I plan to run a '66 327. Can I convert to a one piece seal? Is there an easier option?

A 90 6 speed would have been the old style unit, you can use a standard car flywheel and clutch, I don't think the bigger truck 14" flywheel will clear though.

When they changed to the LS series is when it became more difficult to swap.

You won't be able to use the one piece rear main fly wheel but an older fly wheel will work

The crank shaft is different on a "one-piece" rear main seal engine. There is no way unless you change cranks. You can have a special crank made by Lunati and some of the others to have a 327with a one piece seal.

That's a lot a work though it would be easier to change to a old style flywheel and go
