Make sure you order one that is folded over all the way instead of just bent over at a 90 degree angle. Even then all the ones I have installed push up the back of the hood when I close it

I have a 90 degree unit. With an assistant I adjusted my hood hinges like 20 times (up and down) to get it right. It closes completely flat now. It wasnt easy but it was the right thing to do. Don't wish to do that again, but I'm sure I will have to at some point.

These are the only well made cowl seal available IMO. Those 90 degree bent seals most vendors sell are complete trash and shouldn’t even be on the market.
