Last Cab?

Interesting find maybe. Picked up a parts truck today, a pickup cab on a 4X4 Blazer frame. My 10 yo daughter and I got the front clip, doors, tube bumpers and a few other things off in about 3 hours. The interesting part is that on the cowl in factory chalk is "Last 1972 6-30-72 Freemont" The vin # is CCS142Z180222. The cab is toast. If anybody wants it come and get it. lol Most rotted one I've seen on a frame. I bought it for the 4X4 stuff and some other parts inside.

Engine code is V0208THG

Is it a floor shift four speed cab? I would be interested in it if its the high center floor. I'd just need the raised part, not the whole floor.

First Cab.

I don't have a digi-cam but I'll try to get some regular pics tomorrow and post them later. Probably easier if I get Wally World to put them on CD.

I have not decided to sell parts yet, but the cab has a bolt in cover for the 4X4 shifter, however I don't think it was originally a high hump cab. Will keep you in mind though.

I will have to find some way to cut this part out. Now where is Bozall??
I think my father in law has a sawzall I can borrow, that should do it. I am thinking about keeping this section, the VIN plate and the glove box door and keeping them on the wall in the garage.....that is when I can clean it out enough to find a wall.
