Easiest seat swaps

I want leather seats and my bench is pretty shot.. Is there a consensus for easiest install from a junkyard swap in terms of not having to build brackets etc? There is a 2003 suburban 3rd row on Craigslist for like $45 I’m looking at, or maybe an early 00s Sierra?

Re: Easiest seat swaps

The 3rd row seats are really low - they work great as a second row in a Blazer/Jimmy with a raised floor, but you'd be 6-8" lower than your factory seat without raising it.

Asking for a consensus around here is not always a good idea. Unless of course you are asking if you should buy a second truck!

Do Sierra and Silverado bucket seats go in pretty well?

Re: Easiest seat swaps

I just got some 02 Silverado seats for mine. They look good but it's going to take a lot of work to get them bolted down. I haven't had time to finish it yet.
