Shifter mechanism is not all bound up which is not typical.
Complete with all levers, horn contact and lower spring and washer.

You can probably repair your column wobbles by installing the spring and washer, and confirming you have the horn contact installed at the top of the column. I may have those parts if your interested.

Im interested. I have searched LMC and classic industries, but only come up with complete columns and aftermarket stuff. I can take a quick pic of what mine looks like and maybe you can help me? I am not sure about the horn contact, my horn doesn't work, but not sure if its the contact that's the issue. (Truck is new to me, still sorting out multiple issues...)

Yes you do need the washer and spring, it preloads the upper bearing.
The upper bearing race is part of the horn contact (its tapered where it seats in the upper bearing) Without the spring you get up and down and in and out movement at the wheel. I can post a pic of the horn contact if you don't understand. Is your steering wheel stock? Or can you remove the wheel and show what the horn contact looks like?

I have the spring, washer and horn contact, you can see the taper on the contact that seats the shaft in the upper bearing.

My steering wheel is a re-pop, original style but not original to the truck. Unfortunately I cant take the wheel off now, at work. Maybe tomorrow. Thank you for the assistance, I'll buy the parts off ya if you'll part with them. I would assume i'll need the upper and lower bearings as well?

I can see the lower bearing in your picture. Your probably only missing the spring and washer because the fell off during a column change. You might be missing the horn contact from the steering wheel swap...let me see what I have for upper bearings.
