Feather Decals for Blazer

Hi,

Does any know where to get the dealer-installed "Feathers by Chevy" decals for 69-72 blazers?

Check on line for car graphics etc. Never know what you will find. Also I have a friend that is one of the tops in country in painting Funny cars. anyway all those radical designs that you see on thes cars after they lay them out a set of decals are made that go one for each color of paint. So it might not be too expensive to have made

There was one for sale on a truck club newsletter a few months ago. I don't know if it sold. It was NOS and he was asking $600. If you do go looking for these. They were universal in size. The kit fit LB/SB/Blazer/ and maybe even burbs. On a long box you end up with a 2' splice at the front of the box on both sides.

A year or so ago i saw a NOS kit on ebay....i bid on it until it hit the $500 mark...don't remember what it went for but it was pricy as it is so rare!!! My idea was to buy it and try to get GM to let me reproduce it...good luck.

Now...who saw a chalet in a bone yard??? Need some side windows for the camper...

It might actually be less expensive (and easier) to find a custom painter to PAINT those in.

in both of those pics, the blazer has slotted rims...could those be a factory option, by chance?

If you could find a detailed enough pic you could just take them to a local sign shop and have them put on vinyl as well. just a thought.

I don't know if the Boondocker model is color enough in size/dimensions/color to make a good copy with. I would like to find a NOS kit and have reproductions made from that. I am sure I could find enough interest in new decals. Now, if I could only find some feathers decals which have been sitting on a shelf in some Chevy service shop for the last thirty years.
