Huge relief today...
After working the 4 parts trucks into one, I was fairly nervous about how the doors where going to line up, tried em last year but that was a mess due to the lack of body mounts. Tried the doors again after welding up the 'a' pillars and was really hoping for the best. I'm happy to report they fit pretty damn good for the initial test fit.  Party on, the hard work is now complete.

Passengers side inner kick panel ordered...waiting for that.
Got the drivers floor seam done along with the firewall brace and finished up the drivers side lower 'a' pillar connection. Got tired of welding/grinding, so I goofed around with a little bit of mud wanting to see if the all the fuss was paying off.  Went a few steps ahead of the 'normal progress steps' but it feels good to see at least that section in primer. |

VT, along the lines of the welding your doing. Are you using Gas? What flow rate do you use for the gas? CUft/HR? I just upgraded from flux wire to gas and I'm experimenting with the settings and would like to know if I'm in the ball park. I know it all depends on the type of welder, wire feed speed etc. I'm using a HF Chicago MIG. Be interesting to know what others are doing.
