EDIT: Assuming "upper core" support is same as radiator core support.

I will have to measure they are for a stock 72 c10 Cheyenne with a 350

Looks like 1 inch hole in bushings but sway bar is 1 1/16 or 1 1/8 inch

Thanks for checking. I’m looking for some NOS bushings that fit the later/larger 1-1/4” bars. Can’t seem to determine the part number but I know my brackets have the divot for that raised rubber area like the ones you posted. Ill keep lookin’.
