Good shop in Charlotte NC for AC install??

Anybody have first hand experience at a good hot rod/custom shop in Charlotte area for AC install on a '75 non ac pickup?
Friend is looking to get it done in the week or two. He has the Vintage Air just needs somebody to put it in.
Thanks in advance!

Re: Good shop in Charlotte NC for AC install??

I've never heard of a lot of those shops in the area. Detroit Speed is typically expensive but they do amazing work.
I've used Man-Made Legends in the past for Body/Paint on my C10, and then some other stuff here and there that I didn't feel like doing. They do good work, and are great guys but like many shops they have a backlog and may be waiting on the AC install for a bit. Best thing you can tell him is research the shops well and see what meets his price range and availability.
