Where foes this wire hook up or what is it for on brake prop valve
Can someone tell me dhat this wire does and where to hook it up or what to hook it to

That's the brake warning light in the dash. If you lose a brake line there is a piston in the proportioning valve that slides completes the circuit to ground and turns the light on in the bottom of the fuel gauge

i believe its a light brown or tan wire coming from the bulkhead connector

You probably should ditch the brass combo valve. The brass ones are notorious for leaking under that rubber cap at the front.
