Inner Wheel Arch

Does anyone know if there is an inner wheel arch repair panel available for a fleetside? Specifically, I have rust where the where the wheel well bolts to the bedside.

I don't know of a repair panel for that area but I think it is pretty flat so maybe a guy could just make one from scratch.

Re: Inner Wheel Arch

If you buy a complete bed from a vendor, is this part of the bedside? Or a separate item?
