Need a Photo np205

I am in the process of swapping my th350 to a th400 in my 71 k20 and I am looking for pics of the NP205 shifter location in the high hump floor (keeping engine in factory location) The th400 moves it back 3" and not sure of clearance......thx !!

Have you considered moving the engine forward instead. Much less work and usually the holes are in the frame already. If not the t-case handle has to be bent to clear into the stock hole. I’ve seen it done with a 4l80.

Re: Need a Photo np205

i would make a new bracket / mount for the sifter handle and then a pair of hiem ends and threaded rod for a new link and be done with it .

this is a bit crazy but here is my custom mount for 5 levers . i built it off the top 4 bolts for the round 6 pattern adapter to the 203 range box on the 4l80-e to 241 adapter i used for the doubler .

its just plate and 2 shifter kits from offroad design i modifyed .

#1 - pto pump in/out for hydro winch
#2 - in cab winch control
#3 - 203 range box H/N/L
#4 - rear output of 205 control H/N/L
#5 - front output of 205 control H/N/L

#6 lokar auto trans lever with linkage kit to make it work all the way up were its mounted back to the link point and then down to the trans arm .

then when its ready for install i have the floor hump all layed out for the 3 boots . also will be using a stock sm465 shifter boot on the lokar shifter . and with its black shaft it will look like a 4 speed trans shifter .
