700R4 with Integrated Head Striaght Six

Has anyone ever fabricated linkage to run a TV cable with an integrated head Straight six?

I have a 1978 C10 with integrated head 6. I have to keep the OG engine for emissions reasons.

I have a functional 700R4 from a 1986 suburban. I put a T5 in my '78 when I bought the truck 13 years ago, but frankly I'm sick of shifting gears.

Look at the linkage on a V8 and duplicate the geometry. TV cable needs to be fully extended at wide open throttle.
