Looking for it molded like that? not likely, but you can use bulk hose rated for oil at the local parts store and loop it longer

I wonder if Gates 28475 would fit. I used it on my V8, but it might work if it is the correct diameter.

There's a flame arrestor in the middle of that hose on mine...

Nice pics JB. My old hose had remnants of the plumbing in your 2nd pic. I had some 3/4" hose that works.
