searching for longhorn man towbar

Hi everyone,
I've been searching for the towbar that longhorn man uses. It seems to be the perfect width to bolt to the lower front bumper bolts.

This picture was from another thread.

Who manufacturers this towbar? There is a link in the thread below to Reese hitches, but it doesn't seem like they build it anymore

Re: searching for longhorn man towbar

I have a beat up painted bumper that I drilled and bolted tow bar mounts to.Used it several times to bring trucks home.As long you buy a good strong tow bar and your hitch angle is not too extreme it should work great.

Re: searching for longhorn man towbar

Is that thing really just bolted to the truck via one bumper bolt on each side???

Scary huh. Hopefully they got replaced with better bolts. At least there are safety chains.

Re: searching for longhorn man towbar

That tow bar looks a LOT like the ones I towed my VW beetles with, but I think they're a little light for our trucks ??
