Replacement Bolts
Is there any reference books or guides for replacement bolts? I would like to buy new ones for the frame off but I want to get the correct size and length for the frame members and accessories.

I don't know of any books, but some of the vendors sell bolt kits that have everything packaged and labeled. Best thing to do is catalog the ones you take off, that way you know exactly what went in which hole.

Yeah, 8 for hardness, and 5 for elasticity. Depends on the application. Also remember that a lot of stuff on the frame is riveted!

That is what I plan to do. I was just wondering if there was a reference chart or something so I would know how many of each bolt that I would need.

I contacted a place called Totally Stainless about this same thing. They sell a kit made just for our trucks in stainless. Price isn't bad, and most all were there. I'm sure they could answer all your questions.
