Who's ready for a beautiful tilt column?

I have 3 tilt column that are fully restored and are bolt in ready. 2 of them are my van tilt conversions. The one van tilt with the an original wiring harness is $425 shipped. The one van tilt with a brand wiring harness is $475 shipped. The one in the middle is a real truck tilt and is $575 shipped

Excuse my poor knowledge but what's the difference in a van tilt vs truck tilt? Very interested in both

The big differences is the nuetral safety is up higher on the column on the van, I move them to the correct position on my conversions and the van shaft is about 2 1/2'' longer on the van vs the real truck one. I have the correct lenght shaft on my conversion so these are bolt in ready also with the correct wiring harness. These van conversion look just like the real truck tilt and they are GM not after market . Hope this helps, thanks for your interest

Re: Who's ready for a beautiful tilt column?

I made a post on this thread but it is not here now. Must have deleted it by mistake or something.

Anyway, I wanted any one interested in one of Les's tilt columns to know that I have seen his work in person and he is very meticulous with his work. Everything he does is top notch. You will not be disappointed in his work.

Keep up the great work Les

Take care,
Tom

What would you charge to restore a 68 Non tilt column?

Re: Who's ready for a beautiful tilt column?

sorry to ask a tech question on your for sale post but you seem like the guy to ask... on c10 columns are the turn signals supposed to disengage themselves after turning the wheel or what not. (hope that makes since) My you have to do it by hand if you want them to stop after starting them.. again sorry for the question

Interested, do you repaint the column as well? What is the turnaround time? This is something I want to do in the near future depending on time.
