Question GMC 1500 Junkyard Find

I went strolling through a local junkyard the other day and found what remains of a GMC 1500 cab complete with trim, ac, steering column, gauge cluster and AM radio what would these bring? Should I be sprinting back there to harvest these items to sell here? the place is roughly 40 miles from me would it be worth it? and the cab looked like the one in the photo except it had a bench seat and no doors. the floor is completely shot in it too.

Re: GMC 1500 Junkyard Find

You could get a fairly decent price on the ac radio and gauge cluster. There are always people looking for steering columns. And the trim is extra money if it's not marred up during removal. Is the glove box door still in it? If so someone would probably pick that up off you too. Sorry I'm not better with prices. I know that everything has a value. but there's a lot of people that want something for nothing. The main problem you're going to have is the over sized shipping prices on the column and the seat if you get it.

I wouldnt unless you are schooled in the parting of these vehicles. It takes a keen eye to flip
