New Copperhead shows

Just thought I'd pass this along to anyone who watches. They will be showing some more details. Gas filler etc..

Please don't turn this thread into how you hate this show or how the truck is not your taste. I'm just passing along info to those who like the truck and may want to see it.
Thanks

Thumbs up Coooooooooooooool

The truck is A showcase for new products. I personally like it. I don't care what anybody else thinks because that is there personal opinion, and this is A free country! I showed pic's of my truck (engine bay) when I got it finished and someone replied it wasn't in his taste (to bling) and he didn't care for it. That didn't bother me because once again that is his personel opinion, and I did ask "What does everbody think" Can't wait to see some NEW episodes that will be great. I watch all those programs every SATURDAY and I am getting tired of the reruns.

I sure like that color. Want to see more picks of it when it is completed. Can't complain about the choice of engine either.

Somebody posted a URL for the body shop that did all the work and paint on that truck. It was really cool...maybe it is on Stacy's web site. But they had a ton of pics and lots of discussion about making the inside of the panels as shiny as the outside...made me want to drool...I love that color.

I'm waiting for the Chip Foose Overhaulin' crew to do my truck. I wake up every morning hoping that they stole it!

now this is slick

http://www.paintucation.com/projects...fore%20003.jpg

the painter used a cut section of an old frame to set the cab on during body work.
i'll have to do that i think.
the only unfortunente part is i think it was a short bed frame.

I've been thinking about doing that myself. It seems like a pretty neat way of doing it.

OEM Color???

Those are nice paint & body pics.
Is that a stock OEM color from something? Or a custom mix?

I think it started out as PPG Mandarin Copper (Ford Paint Code B6 - same colour as my truck) But they added a great deal of pearl and extra metallic. Now it is a custom PPG colour called Copperhead something-or-other.
