msd 8356????

has anyone ever used an msd part# 8356 or know anything about them.i just got one today(used) and not sure how well it would work in a BBC street/strip motor using nitrous.i've read it was designed specifically for circle track but was told it would work great.i guess im thrown off by the circle track intent and the dual pick ups.i was told that if the distributor failed that you could flip a switch and keep racing using the other pick up.i dont see why it wouldnt work but fugured i would ask,so i know exactly what ive got,if anyones used it,and if its any good or not.i havent paid for it yet.got it from a buddy at work thats cleaning out his garage and weve worked out a deal.

Havent used one, but it should be fine. You will need to run a MSD box with it.
