Chevy/GMC truck show?

I entered my truck this year at the Chevy/GMC truck show in Pigeonforge for all origional 67-72 chevy/GMC trucks and got a 3rd place and the truck is now getting a ground up restoration and I will be putting HEi and edelbrock intake manifold and carb. on it which won't be stock, and changing the interior to black in stead of the origional parchment interior. Does anyone know what class they would be putting me in, or what class I would be in if I don't keep my truck all origional and change to the edelbrock and Hei. I may put headers on it later.
