wondered what you guys thought. You can see from the SPID that it was originally a long-bed and people have strong feelings about this but that isn't a big deal to me. Having said that of course there is the consideration of resale, things happen in life, divorce, sickness, job change so that is always a consideration. I looked at this truck today and there's no welds on the frame. In fact, everything looks new. So someone refurbished a short bed frame and bed and mounted this long bed cab on it? Seems like a lot of work . . . as GOM says, "it's only time and money".
