Question HD hood on Suburban

Hey guys. I did a search on this idea and have not found anything. I have a 2000 chevy suburban, and think that a HD hood would look really nice on there. If you're drawing a blank on the HD hood it's the one that had the early '70's look to the front. I have looked at several HD from a distance (read, scoped them out in a parking lot ) and it looks like the fenders on the HD trucks are the same as the fenders on my 1500 suburban. I guess the hood latch may be different, but I haven't been able to look at one close enough to check it out.

So, do think it would look nice? Do you know of any complications in making this work? Let me know what you think!

Chad

Re: HD hood on Suburban

A 01-02 Chevy HD hood will bolt right onto a 99-02 Chevy truck/ho/burb. Getting 13 year old paint to match/blend may be your biggest challenge.
