Identify Wiring (1988 V30)

Can anyone help identify what these plugs are for? The truck was originally a 1988 Chevrolet R30 L19 (EFI) that had a carburetor motor swapped in. The wires are wrapped onto a rubber hose that runs under the dash by the footboard. Thanks.

Cruise Control would have a connector on the column. Can you get a better pic of the plug just to be sure?
