Why did I want a Big Back Window?

I have always wanted a back window.

So after 3 days and 1219 miles round trip I had picked this green Custon cab 1965 one up in Fort Smith Arkansas.

The only problem is now I have a lot of work to do to make this one have ac, power steering, power windows, airbags, and dual exhaust. The 454 and turbo 400 was pulled from the black one to go in the green one.

The black one is leaving. Had it since 2004. I put 42000 miles and had a lot of fun fun times with it. (funny thing is it is going back to Arkansas) It will still be in the family as my Brother bought it. The factory 327 from the green one is going back in it.

The green one has been sitting in the Barn for the Last 7 or 8 Years while it was going to be a ground up correct restoration by the po. The frame and running gear was completely taken apart and sand blasted and poweder coated black and silver. Only the Frame was rolling when I put the body back together in the rain with hand tools in 1 1/2 days to that I could tow it back with a dolly.

Well after many boxes of parts ordered and delivered the fun (WORK) has begun.

By the way it sure seems like prices of parts has gone up over the last few years.
