Some more progress and pics!

Got some tires and wheels in a trade. 35x14.50 15 super swamper thornbirds on american eagle 15x10 wheels. It looks good but they don't fit. The tires are too wide, they rub the front bottom part of the fenders. Got the hatch on the top and my new tailgate on. I used to say to myself "little by little, I'll get it done.". Now I say to myself "dollar by dollar, I'll eventually get it done.".

Will you keep the tires and go with a higher lift?

Big j, keep up the progress it's lookin awesome. I feel the same about money, my wife is always telling me that we can't buy that or this. Also, our tires are 37" tires w/3" body lift. Just letting you know that if you still keep the tires you might only need a 2" body lift. My rig is also multi colored. Nice job getting everything lined up.

Yukon, probably not gonna keep them on there. Its about as high as I want to go.

jamie72, how cold can you be, haha. Man its to bad this board is clean, I've got a ton of come backs for that comment. As for not climbing in it very well its because theres no where to put your feet to climb in. Huge holes in the floor with no rockers, yet. You also have to be careful not to knock over the milk crate seat, haha.

Mokie, the lines are close, they need a bit more adjusting though. The hieght on the tires is cool, its just too wide, I'll probably slap on a set of 35x12.50s later.

Thanks for the compliments!

Big J, those are sweet. Do you have a 4 inch lift? I like the wide tire look, old school. I have a set of 16x10 rims and I want 14.50 wide tires but not sure wether I'm going 33 or 35 yet. With 33's can get away with 4 inch lift but for the 35's that wide need at least 6 inch lift which possibly will require longer drive shafts etc., more money, but looks great.
