Crazy thought RE 6.0
Doing some Research this 6 liter 364 CU IN
Has a 4" bore so did the old 350 and 400 SB which a lot of guys destroked the 400's to 383 Which now i wonder would anyone stroke the 6.0 out to 383 IIRC the HP from that 6.0 is 330 something with SFI and all the electronic stuff the 383 crate with 4bbl has 420 HP with about 425 ft lb torque

No reason to stroke to 383 when (4.00") 408 stroker kits are widely available now.
If you stroked a 5.7L LS1 with a 4.00" crank It would yield 383. This WAS popular at one time. A Destroked 400 with a 350 crank is a 377. A Stroked 350 with a 400 crank is a 383. |
