Easy centerbolt head question

Hi,

I've got some Pro Topline vortec heads that I'm using on the new engine for my 71 Blazer. Questions are:

1) Will I have to run tall valve covers with full roller rockers? I know that's true of side-bolt valve covers, but centerbolts seem much taller.

2) Stock alternater placement is pretty close to the drivers side valve cover. Will I have problems with the valve covers from question 1?

Thanks!

Brian
