eMail notification working right?

I logged out from here over a week ago (by mistake) and couldn't remember my password.
Following the sign in page "forgotten password" instructions, I didn't get an automated response for nearly a day and this last time, finally a temp password got sent to me. It was emailed Oct 12th at 8:53am and showed up in my inbox Oct 16th at 10:36am.

Previous to this I also noticed thread notifications were being sent with every post in subscribed threads...not just once with the first one.

Anyone else having odd things happening? BTW - I'm with AOL.

Re: eMail notification working right?

Hmm. Spoke too soon. I'd opened a gmail acct & thought it cured it but I'm now randomly getting logged out.
I am on a new iPad & wonder if there's some weird configuration I'm missing...it's wearing me out.

Mark, it might be a good thing to check out eBay before you toss those out.
