Maybe it's the angle of the pic, but it looks like a shortened wheelbase? If it is a 133"wb, I see the makings of a longhorn or 9' stepside.

I called the guy he says its a 6CYL it runs but has old gas in it, Cab corners and part of rockers are rusted thru, he says the jetter is old ran about four or five years ago but down on pressure and hard to get parts for it. They can not say if its 31,000 or 131,000 miles.

It's a water jet sorta. Its a pressure washer on steroids there's a long hose with a pressure washer nozzle on it it will have 4 jets pointing backwards on a slight angle with 1 pointing forward the 4 back jets are to pull it down the sewer line and the front one blasts the clog into pieces to open up the line.
