Brake booster check valve for LS swap

I was wondering if anyone had a part number for a booster check valve with a 1/2" barbed port. The issue is that the LS I dropped in has a 1/2 vacuum port but my booster has a 3/8 port. Most part numbers that I am finding are the 3/8" port. I have been to multiple NAPAs, Autozones and Advance Auto Parts and those guys are frustrating... There are over 30 part numbers for booster fittings and they don't carry any of them and have no idea on what size they are (I get the typical, "I can order it from the warehouse" response). I can't find any cross reference to the parts numbers either. Some look like the port is the right size but there is no specs published on it. Please help.

Have you considered using a reducer like this to drop from 1/2" down to 3/8"...

$ 1.50 at any HomeDepot....

I am told that this is the one you need and it is an actual GM part.
GM 15823207 This allows you to use your original brake booster with the LS swap. If you get this, please confirm to me that it indeed works.
Thanks, Steve

Re: Brake booster check valve for LS swap

I went to orylies in the help section. They have a pvc 90* gromet that reduces to the 3/8. Yes it takes a extra 3/8 barb but the 90 makes a clean look for the hose routing.
