Blazer roll cage

Anyone ever used the kit from S&W Race Cars? The kit number is 11-1590. Any issues?

It's called golf because all the other four letter words were taken.

I believe a member named Buegoose or Bluegoose72 had some post showing his install but I never saw any updates.

S&W 8 point rollcage

Bought one a while back when it was $149. with $40. off. Drove about 2 hours to pick it up. Then the guy tried to tell me that I needed something else and that was $40. BS to that!!! So I get the thing. It is made up of 1 3/4 inch pipe with tapered cuts for certain sections. Well I only really wanted a 4 point but----. The tapered cuts did not fit that well. Required several hours of recutting, grinding, etc. in order to get it to fit for welding. In retrospect, i would have been much better off waiting to find an original or a factory designed/welded unit. I guess if you need a true roll cage verses a roll bar, it is a decent deal--just one I personally wouldn't repeat. Huck

I bought the 10 pt cage from S&W RACING in June of this year. I had a great welder install it for me. We added extra bars and it must be a 20 pt cage now. We had no problems of any kind with it. This is the fourth kit I have bought from S&W RACING and I have been happy with all of them.
