1/2 ton brakes
Is there any easy way to to upgrade my drum brakes to the 3/4 ton size? Or would i be better off just getting a new frame or just a bigger truck?

How bout lookin into a rear disc setup instead for your 1/2 ton rear? There are some aftermarket kits and some guys do the salvage yard swap using Caddy Seville parts. There are some threads here on this and you might find something in the FAQ section as well.

Buy a new disc conversion kit. Will save you time and money in the long run.

I just have drum brakes. I want better brakes and handling with heavy loads.

if you need a 3/4 ton truck, I'd say get a 3/4 ton truck. They are normally pretty cheap becouse everyone wants a 1/2 ton.
I'd bet there's more than a few guys here with C/20s that'd trade for your C/10 |
