primer overspray on door panel

My grandpa did some painting on his 05 chevy 2500 and got some overspray on the doorpanel. The seats are leather and I think the door panels are.How do you remove the overspray from the door panel? He has tried everything from thinner to all kinds of cleaners. Could it be redyed with some kind of spray on dye.

Re: primer overspray on door panel

I think your best bet would be to get them re dyed.
