Suggestions on rust repair

I have not found patch panels for this. Those that have repaired this what route did you take? I don't want to replace the cab as its an all original one owner truck.

Oh geeze, I thought mine was bad! (Mine might be that bad, under the bondo!)

One of the other guys could help more but maybe you can get a new cab top? I'd try Jeremiah King on here....CA based and you won't find a better outfit to deal with.

But realize, sometimes it's better to just get a new cab. I may have to do that when I get to that point.

You might check with member "southern Parts" he's in your area and parts a lot of trucks.He may have a cab you could cannibalize. don't think that part is available as a new patch panel.

By "new" I meant cutting the top from a good cab and putting that on yours.
