Sandblast.Hubcaps? There`s hub caps (dog dish) and full wheelcovers.4wd versions of both in excellent condition are the toughest caps to find.Try this:

Re: hubs?

Only the dog dish were available for 3/4 ton 4x4's unless I've been misinformed. The full wheel covers were only made for 1/2 ton 15 inch wheels. Her's what you are looking for. The fronts have a hole for the locking hub to pass through.

Re: hubs?

You`re right,CPNE.But,he never specified hasn`t done a signature.I saw after I posted that his user name is 71 3/4 ton. But,that doesn`t specify 4wd.I really can`t tell if it`s a C/20 or K/20 in those teeny avatar shots. So,I gave him general info and a site that covers them all. There were no 16" full wheel covers until the`80s,I`m thinking`83.
