Thumbs up

I got one the group can't answer I believe.
How many CFM of air does a stock fan with shroud on a small block V-8 draw at idle? Ace hardware can get green duct tape if not in stock takes one day to get it. How do I know Tree Stand needed repaired.

Paul, need more information to answer your question on CFM air draw. The fan and idle speed is important as is the engine type. 6cyl, 307, 350, 400, auto, stick, 4x4, ? Different fans are used as are different shrouds, and different idle speeds. Am assuming we are talking about our 67-72 truck stuff so ----the amount of CFM is in direct proportion to the flow or draw created by the fan type, speed & venturi effect of the shrouds & radiator. The answer is about ~~~~~enough to keep things cool. How's that???? Huck (:> )

Lets clarify then
71'c20 with a 350, turbo 350, quadrajet, performer intake, headers, Erson TQ-20, dual 2.5" exhaust through 2 1/4" Flo-Pro's, a Modine 4-core radiator, with a 180 degree thermostat and the truck came with factory a/c
Now whats the flow capabilty? Will twin Flex-a-lite 210 series dual fan, capable of 2500CFM provide the same or more? If not what sizes will?
