Transporting a front clip question
Finally found a nice 68 front clip that I'll be driving about 2 hrs tomorrow to go pick up. For those of you that have transported them, has anyone done this with the clip standing up on the back of the fenders? Like in this pic:

I just transported mine like this. It was fine for 500 miles.

yeah, I was hoping to carry it in the bed of my Ranger instead of borrowing a trailer.

I guess that would work but I would worry about it twisting the fenders but if you strap it enough it shouldnt move much
