The truck is lowered 4 inches in the front (2 inch drop springs and 2 inch drop spindles). It's air bagged in the rear, but it's about a 5 or 6 inch drop. Front rims are 15x7 with 205/60r15's and the rear are 15x8.5 with 275/60r15's.

Re: Let's see your trucks with vintage mag wheels

It took me three years to get these slot mags. They are 10" wide deep dish and beautiful! I truly love these wheels. When I was in school I would draw pictures of trucks and hotrods and would always put slot on them! I ran them on my 70 short bed for ages. Now they will be going on my 72 med red short fleet with a 4/6 drop. Its a custom deluxe that I'm turning into a Cheyenne Super because I can't afford a real swb Cheyenne Super. So I'm making my own

My '72 Cheyenne short stepper, these are no-name slots that have been with this truck since sometime in the '70's [I met the guy who drove the original owner to the dealer to pick this truck up].

Re: Let's see your trucks with vintage mag wheels

Bones72Super, Belltech drop spindles, stock springs that I cut about 5/8 of a coil off. Heated springs in the rear to desired height. I lowered it the first night I got it in 97.

My '71 as purchased. I pulled these off and went with hubcaps, but am kind of torn and might go back to the mags.

If you were addressing me, than the answer is: in the red truck I do, because the gas gauge works perfectly, In the 67 GMC 3500, not necessarily, because the gauge is a bit wonky.
I KNEW I would never live down that gas tank / electrical SNAFU!!!
