01 Blazer engine issues

Hey guys, I have an 01 Blazer with a 4.3. It has 103k on the clock and its having issues. It starts and idles fine. No CEL's, but when you drive it, it feels like its surging. Not ignition missing or backing firing, but power loss and comes back about 1 surge cycle per second. It seems like its starving for something. After a visual inspection every seems to look fine. The only thing I have tried is replacing the fuel filter. I tend to think its fuel pressure related, but not sure.

any advice you can give?

Re: 01 Blazer engine issues

Tried swapping the TPS. No change there.

Re: 01 Blazer engine issues

Had something happen close to this with my wife's 01 Blazer. I replaced all the cracked and rotten vacuum lines on the entire engine that I could see and reach. Problem solved!
