1992 4.3

I have 1992 ecsb with the 4.3 and i assume 700r trans. My question is any reason i can't use a 4.3 from a 97 blazer? Guessing i would need to swap accessory"s any sending units and throttle body maybe any help would be great thanks

Its not a direct swap. There were a lot of changes to the 4.3 for the 96 model year.

Too many differences. Most noteable would be different bolt config for the intake, and the later ones had a balance shaft.
