I have had good luck with StaLube premium high temp disc brake wheel bearing grease.

There is supposed to be some killer marine grease that scares away all water that tries to get in your hub. I havent tried it. Ive always used whatever was in my grease gun. I dont go overboard with it either. Just enough to cover all the parts and keep them slippery. Packing too much in there can interfere with the hubs operation.

Oh yea, I guess your not supposed mix synthetic and natural. Im not sure if I have or not.

You should be able to get waterproof marine grease at your local parts store. It might be with trailer stuff and not regular grease, however. I'm like 6869704x4, I just use whatever I'm greasing the wheel bearings with while I've got it apart.
