71 Custom Deluxe, SWB, 2WD, 402, A/C. I developed an assm. guide "kit" for restoring it from ground up. With assys, the guide accts for 1000s of OEM identifications and part numbers, all written in short order. 700+ images include assm, illust., charts, and points of interest. If I could afford a real collection it would be of "working cars", Police, fire, semi trucks, that sort of thing.

But alas, I am not rich so it will be limited to a Rambler, a Buick conv and an AD in parts.

You could take the whole truck club bar hopping in that or haul your grand kid's ball team in the local parade.

Hmmm...wonder how close a mid 80's crew cab dually chassis would be to sliding under there?

Anyone else thinking along the same lines?

I say move the rear axle forward about 4 ft., shorten the bed up about 6ft. and then channel slam it to the ground.
