Granted, I have thought about cutting the roof off, putting in a boat windshield and truly own the Road Warrior look. It's even close enough to the correct paint color.

I almost had a BMW try to merge into my lane this morning. He had second thoughts when he saw that 1/4" plate steel bumper at eye level.

You nailed it. That's just a nice truck. Pretty much what my '67 GMC will be, but no signage. Probably some pinstripe.

Re: Whats Your Truck Theme

That's cool. Well, mine will have a Hurst shifter since no company with my last name made any. Your truck is the right color for your name

Re: Whats Your Truck Theme

My 72 was just supposed to be a get it done quick and drive it but morphed into a shop truck per say that can haul and pass almost anything. Plus, you can afford to drive it and it has some modern touches, but I wanted it to look stock at first glance. I also went the route, build a truck GM didn't.
