Are those the US MAGS wheels on that Square Body? If so, what are the wheel specs (size & BS) I have been thinking of going with those. I have a 5/6 drop right now but, plan to bag eventually. I'd like to go 20x8 in the front and 22x10s in the rear but not sure about clearance. My square is on a oat from cali to Hawaii right now so cant measure yet....

They are 18x8 in the front with a 4-3/8 BS and a 255/40R18 tire
The rears are 18X9.5 with a 5-1/8 BS and a 275/40R18 tire.
I hope that helps!

Del4fun - Dude, I have been looking for wheels for my 85 for a month now. I want something different but, it seems as if different costs more than I have in my truck.

When I had my 67, I was able to pick up a set of used Bonspeed wheels locally (check out my 67) but, for some reason the 5x5 bolt pattern on my 85 limits the possibilities unless I order a new set and break the bank. I like the US Mags option and the solid wheels but, everyone has them. Raceline has some sick wheels but, they are way out of my budget. As the saying goes, you have to pay to play.... I will be rolling my stock rallys for a long while.

As they say, you get what you pay for. Cheap wheels are cheap for a reason.

True that. I cant do chrome anything here in Hawaii, the weather and salt air eat them up so, its either powdercoated or billet. Billets arent cheap. Luckily I got the Bonspeeds I had on my 67 cheap through trade + cash or I wouldnt have been able to afford them. And... the dude really didnt know what he had.

I just get tired of seeing the same wheels on these trucks... I love the smoothies but, they are pretty played out now... so are the BOSS wheels - there are like 5 companies that make a wheel that looks exactly the same and that is what most people run because its affordable.

I saw that someone on here put 20x10 JEEP SRT8 replicas on his truck.. it looked sick!

Hell yeah! My first custom wheels were chrome reverse and baby moons with red line Goodyears. I think chrome plating was much better in those days too.

Often it is because it is a popular style, made of cast aluminum, and they are on every other truck at a show...

Here is a better pic if the Bonspeed billets I had on my 67. They were 20x10 all around and I had to run a 1.5" spacer in the rear because of the shorter 67 rear axle. I hate coming up..... short

Re: Post those wheels gallery

Please pardon me for being a noob - but after reading this thread I haven't been able to figure out what size wheels and tires will fit and function on my stock height '67.

Your guidance is much appreciated...

Thank You! Up front i have 2.5 drop spindles and 2" shorter springs, In back i have 5" drop springs and 1" lowering block with 2% pinion adjustment shims. along with full length panard bar and shock relocation kit i also cut the rubber stops some as to not hit and so far it seems fine. but future will call for C notch probably
