Sbc build for daily driver

I'm wanting to build a 350 or 383 for my 69 c10.
It's a 60 mile round trip to work, so I would li,e decent mileage.
I have a 31-10.50 rear tire with 3.08 gears. Th400 tranny. Headers and dual exhaust.
My heads are rebuilt iron heads with 2.02, 1.88 valves 65cc chambers.
I have a 4bolt main block from the mid 70s to use for this build.
I would like to use everything I have listed if possible.
I would like to get some power out of it but still get decent mileage.
Any suggestions on a build?
Thanks
Also have a comp extreme energy flat tapped cam,
212-218 @50
447-454 lift.
Not sure if I should use this or not?
