53 1/2 ton. 292 with 4-71 blower, billet crank and cam, 12 port cross flow aluminum head 3 Roch 2 bbl. Backed up with TKO 600 5 speed, Frankland quick change rear end with Bicknel torque arm. 12.88" Wilwood disk brakes.

My ongoing truck projects:
48 Chev 3100 that will run a 292 Six.
71 GMC 2500 that is getting a Cad 500 transplant.
77 C 30 dualie, 454, 4 speed with a 10 foot flatbed and hoist. It does the heavy work and hauls the projects around.

Yes blower belt cover. The center section was a heavy brushed finish and the cutouts had a lot of chatter in them so I first started with 220 grit on the flats and in the cutouts. The other pieces are machined so I will start with 400 or 600 on those. The cutouts are a real PITA. I've got about 7 hours in it at this point. Sorry about the picture of my brand new Basset hounds I couldn't resist.

gorgeous man! you dont need to worry about needing a custom milled belt cover to be thought of as a hot rodder by the way, the rest of your truck already speaks volumes.

I don't think I have many hours that my Puppy is not right there in my business .
Those are some cute Puppies.

Just a suggestion.
If you break the corners on all those cutouts with a file set like this one in the link below it will save you a lot of time.

I'm just trying to get it flat right now. I'm working 500 miles from home right now and have limited stuff with me. Just brought a few things with me to work on. Thanks Those files are handy.
