Re: How about some pics of '73-'87 Short Beds
Hello from North Dakota! Here's my 83 K10 4x4 short box I picked up last week. New 350/700R4, with 31.5 BFG's on Rallys, slight lift, Warn locks. It currently has a leer topper on it but I'm gonna ditch that once the winter is gone. Got it mostly for a hunting rig but it's getting me around in the North Dakota winters quite well as a daily driver as I park my Accord. Is yellow but I'm not complaining, these K10 short boxes are getting harder to find in this part of the country.

Re: How about some pics of '73-'87 Short Beds
My 2 projects, the 80 2wd (canopy is gone, lol, thank god) I have had for almost ten years it has been a very faithful truck to me and since the motor blew this summer it is finally getting tore down for the build I always had planned for it. The 79 4x4 I just picked up fr $500 original 400 eninge, auto trans and tranfer case have about 70,000 on full rebuild, so far i got it running but the timing seems off a bit and I need to replace the hard fuel line as it has a leak in it (got it running it off a gas can to the fuel pump). I may get off my lazy butt and start a thread for them both, (slow progress of course, lol)
