Here is my 67 C10.

One true option with that being the gauges. They listed the heater as an option in 67 as a marketing thing even though it was a standard feature so that doesn't count when comparing it to a 68-72 truck

Notice there is no interior color listed just like the heater delete truck which should have had the model number line item listed as well.

Leaf spring option on a GMC? I thought it was standard.

Not sure what the "standard" color for exterior and interior trim, but I do recall seeing a truck listed that only had "Heater Delete" on the SPID. Less than standard equipment!
