Now that the weather`s good it doesn`t need a new roof.It only leaks when it rains, right?

Re: It's Nice to Own A large Pair Of C-Clamps

Well,,sort of ,,but once it does leak then you wish you had of roofed it sooner..LOL

when I was younger I used to walk all over these roofs and need hardly ever any thing to keep me up there ,,but the C-clamps to hold the board across sure did help..

Next roof job is this one where I will take off all the heavy shakes and put metal on ..Notice the Mosss and fir needle build up on this roof in my part of the country ..

Ah, I see, C clamped the toe board.

That roof isn't that bad.
Oh man, I need to take a pic of a roof I saw today, the moss must be a foot thick on it, and it was caving in on part of it.

You are right ,,the roof with the moss isn't really that bad ,,it just needs preasure washing the moss off .. It has what is called Hollywood heavies on it and they are thick as bricks ,,LOL but,,With all the fir trees around the garage it is best to put on the metal ..

And the lady wants me to put metal on just like I did on all the rest of the out building I built for her in the past 15 years or so .. I built this Garage and her son-in-law put the shakes on it ..
